Features of Portable Transformer Oil Purification Plant

  1. The mobile transformer oil purification system upgrades the new and used electrical insulating liquids, transformer oils, and so on. It is equipped with a double axle trailer with functions of weather proof on-road or off-road.
  2. The whole machine is equipped with automobile tires, bridge shock absorbers, a braking system, and full trailer steel welding, to ensure a speed of 60 km/h.
  3. This machine owns a high high-efficiency three-level micro filter element, which can remove 99.5% of 1-micron particles.
  4. The total water content of the filtered transformer oil is 5-10 PPM, and the free, emulsified, and dissolved water is removed by vacuum dehydration.
