The dehydration speed of the centrifugal oil purifier is very fast, but the filtering accuracy is not as high as that of the vacuum oil purifier, and the micro water cannot be filtered, the emulsification cannot be broken, the gas cannot be removed, and the acid value cannot be reduced. For industrial oil products with high requirements on cleanliness, water content and gas content, the centrifugal oil filter has relatively insufficient capacity.
The centrifugal oil purifier needs frequent system cleaning. The workload of system installation is large, the installation requirements are high, the equipment cost is high, and the problem of oil emulsion cannot be solved.
