1. The Principle and Technology of Oil Filtering are Different.

Filtering process of vacuum oil purifier:
When the vacuum oil purifier works, the oil to be filtered enters the primary filter under the effect of the internal and external pressure difference and is filtered out of large particles of impurities. After multi-stage infrared heating, it enters a specific vacuum separation device. In the vacuum separator, fog is formed first, and then a film is formed, which expands the contact area of oil in vacuum hundreds of times.
The water in the oil evaporates rapidly and is discharged from the vacuum system under the conditions of high heat, high vacuum, large surface area and high speed. The water vapor discharged from the upper part of the vacuum separator is cooled and dehumidified by the condenser first, and then enters the cooler again for cooling. After two times of condensation, the condensed water enters the water storage tank and is discharged.

The dehydration speed of the centrifugal oil purifier is very fast, but the filtering accuracy is not as high as that of the vacuum oil purifier, and the micro water cannot be filtered, the emulsification cannot be broken, the gas cannot be removed, and the acid value cannot be reduced. For industrial oil products with high requirements on cleanliness, water content and gas content, the centrifugal oil filter has relatively insufficient capacity.
The centrifugal oil purifier needs frequent system cleaning. The workload of system installation is large, the installation requirements are high, the equipment cost is high, and the problem of oil emulsion cannot be solved. Centrifugal oil purifiers have been discontinued in many power plants and steel plants.
